At Izzy Coffee, each order is roasted specifically for you to ensure the freshest coffee experience. Due to the personalized nature of our roasting process, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
Damages and Issues:
- We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects or damages or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- As all our coffee is roasted to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any coffee products.
- Non-coffee items, such as merchandise or equipment, may be eligible for return if they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us for more information.
Exchanges:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us to discuss an exchange.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
- While the EU cooling-off period allows for returns within 14 days, this does not apply to perishable goods like coffee. Therefore, our no-refund policy remains in effect for coffee orders shipped to the EU.
